Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies and browser storage used by Dead Cold Cards.
Current technologies
The current application uses Supabase authentication/session cookies so signed-in users can stay signed in and access their account features. These are treated as strictly necessary for the account service.
The application also stores a small number of preferences in browser local storage, including interface preferences and the user's optional analytics and advertising consent choices. These settings help remember how the interface should behave on the same device.

Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 is used only after the visitor allows optional analytics. It is configured for page and product-usage measurement, with Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals disabled in the application integration. If analytics are rejected, the GA4 script is not loaded by this integration.
Adsterra is used to provide banner advertising on eligible free, ad-supported pages. The Adsterra banner script is loaded only after the visitor allows optional advertising. Adsterra and advertising partners may process technical and advertising-related information such as IP address, browser/device information, page interactions and advertising identifiers where applicable.
Paid or otherwise ad-free accounts do not load the Adsterra banner integration through the Dead Cold Cards ad-slot system.
Managing storage
Users can change analytics and advertising choices at any time using the Privacy settings control in the site footer. Rejecting analytics stops this integration from sending further GA4 page or custom events and removes GA cookies that can be cleared by the application. Rejecting advertising prevents this integration from loading Adsterra banner scripts on future eligible page views.
Users can also clear cookies and local storage in their browser settings. Clearing strictly necessary session cookies will sign the user out. Clearing local storage will reset device-level interface preferences and the saved optional consent choices.
Browser privacy settings and content blockers may also limit cookies, advertising scripts and similar technologies.
